Refund Policy

We stand behind every stitch, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. At Baller’z, we offer refunds in the form of store credit only.

Here’s how it works:
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags).
  • Once your return is approved and received, you’ll get a store credit code via email equal to the value of the returned item(s).
  • This credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Please note:
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
